If you've seen the Farscape Sculpts on another page, you may recognize the style of these (reimagined) Battlestar Galactica sculpts.  Like the Farscape pieces, these were sculpted from colored Super Sculpey rather than "tan" Sculpey and painted.  It saves time and adds a certain look to the pieces.  The base is just wood, foam, paint, and paper for the Colonial banners.  This whole piece is a recreation of the cast photo (below) that appears to be for the miniseries.

 

From left to right are Dr. Gaius Baltar and his imaginary Cylon babe Six, Col. Saul Tigh, President Laura Roslin, Cmdr. William Adama, Capt. Lee "Apollo" Adama, CPO Galen Tyrol, Lt. Sharon "Boomer" Valeri, and Lt. Kara "Starbuck" Thrace.  As you can see, I couldn't match the exact order:  Starbuck and Boomer were switched.  The only person besides me to point out the mistake?  Corin Nemec, formerly of Stargate and Parker Lewis Can't Lose (the latter show, I did watch).
