Fun with the Figs

Inspired by writer Neil Gaiman's version of Death, as she appeared in Vertigo's Sandman series, and her own miscellaneous stories. "Death" is usually depicted wearing a black tank top and black jeans, but I saw this dress on a Bleeding Edge "Raven" doll and couldn't resist. In keeping with Death's quirky fashion sense, though, I gave her brown combat boots.

The face is simply a paint job over Sideshow Toys' "Art S. Buck Generic Female" figure, but the hair comes from the above-mentioned "Raven" doll. Waste not, want not. The ankh was handmade from Magic Sculp, though.

Death is owned by... well, nobody owns Death, but a version of Death is owned by Neil Gaiman, or perhaps Vertigo/DC Comics.
