Darth Maul presented in an unusually cuddly incarnation. I found the pattern for a plush humanoid doll decades ago, and have been using it ever since. This time to make huggable Sith lords.

The body and costume are all fabric, with the costume made (as always for me) without a pattern. I just make them to fit the figures. The facial patterns were painted on, and the various horns are felt stiffened with glue and glued onto the head. Velcro was added to the hands to allow for holding his double-edged lightsaber. Well, double-edged dowel painted to resemble one.
